You know, the courthouse in Clearwater was gutted due to asbestos materials and other contaminants. It was an older building. Maybe they were all exposed. There were other Judges who died relatively young too. Judge Greer, forever may he reign.

Unfortunately, there is no jury. They would look at the facts and the video like we have. When society decides that disabled people are terminal, that's a dangerous precedent to set.

It's almost the weekend. There's a lull here but that's because of Estrada threads. We can reissue our calls to action again next week and the momentum will build again. This is just like a campaign.

We're working different angles. None of us can do much more at this point right before the weekend. It is very simple. The Florida Statutes are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The exit protocol statutes have no safeguards. No Floridian would want to become disabled without a Living Will or you can be starved to death. Terri cannot speak and they use that against her to divine her wishes. On September 11, 2003, Judge George Greer is setting the date that Terri Schiavo's starvation & no fluids begins. Terri is not in a persistant vegetative state nor is she in a coma. She is not hooked up to any machines & can breathe on her own. She is 38 years old. She needs rehab. THAT IS THE OUTRAGE.

Michael Schiavo = husband/guardian; his attorney = George Felos; exit protocol at Hospice of the Suncoast, Pinellas;Judge George Greer of the 6th Circuit Pinellas County. Here is from my commentary on the Court Records text file that honeygrl will soon be updating to reflect my current corrections:

Please communicate with your representatives about this case and share it with
as many people as you can. This is happening right now. The Federal Courts (up
to this time, Sept. 4) have not stepped up to their duty, responsibility, etc.
of stopping the madness even after the Federal and Constitutional laws are
being broken. This hearing was denied even after all the facts. The state and
federal courts in concert with Michael Schiavo and George J. Felos have been
playing with this Terri's life like a yo-yo. She needs to live and get the
rehabilitation she so dearly deserves. Much of the money which was never spent
on this which was won from a malpractice lawsuit in the amount of $1,200,000
dollars has gone to pay for Attorney Fees and who knows what else, etc. to end
her life. This is fraud in that the monies were sworn (in court and under
oath) to be spent on Terri's rehabilitation. This is a criminal offense on
Michael Schiavo's part. His non-party co-conspirator George J. Felos has
collected over $550,000 in fees in his quest to kill Terri, the monies of which
have come from the funds supposed to be used for Terri's rehabilitation.

Apparently the first video clip in the news clip is of Terri now. She is even
raising her body forward. Terri is not comatose nor is she in a permanent
vegetative state. This is a lie. See for yourself:

A criminal investigation needs to be conducted by John Ashcroft. Please demand

Scientologists are big on breathing exercises, just like Attorney George Felos (maybe he's a closet scientologist). Maybe hubby is one too.

If Greer ever accepted campaign money from Scientology, he would have had to recuse himself from Lisa MacPherson's case. I wonder who donated to Greer's County Commission campaign in the 1980s.

J. Greer used to be on Hospice's board pre-Terri-Schiavo. I'd think that he would have had to recuse himself from overseeing her guardianship file because that's a conflict of interest. Hospice = terminal illness vs. a disabled Terri's best interest. But, that didn't happen. All was for Michael Schiavo's best interest.

Does hubby think if they succeed he will be living in peace? It will be even worse for him than it is now because he may be haunted by her in his thoughts instead of annoyed by her. MS may end up needing psych treatment because he really believes her death will fix everything. Not so.

There are Hospice Directors who are on staff at St. Pete College in the nursing and other depts.

Nursing Dept. at St. Pete College also is a Hospice Director. Somebody wondered if Michael Schiavo began nursing training at St. Pete College. He was going to become a nurse and respiratory therapist to help Terri. Perhaps, he met the nursing director at St. Pete College and she referred him to Hospice. Wouldn't that be a smoking gun?

Do we know where Michael Schiavo got his nursing & respiratory training? Did he know the head of the nursing Dept. of St. Pete College who happened to be on Hospice's Board? All hypotheticals and rhetorical unless someone wants to research same.

That font is an eery coincidence. I agree with you that first stringers on the Call to Action have lots of information put to memory and it's best to frame it either as published or as our opinion.

NEWBIES to this thread should go to the beginning of the thread and start calling and emailing Governor Bush, Florida's AG, everyone we have listed. They may say it's not their dept. or whatever. We aren't calling them to wave a magic wand. The volume of calls shows our concern for Terri and that this is UNJUST and UNCONSTITUTIONAL. It's important to mention that you supported Governor Bush's request to Judge Greer that Terri be given a Guardian Ad Litem who is not her husband, Michael.

Greer's election (in 1992?) was handled by that PR Firm Repper, Garcia & Associates, which says it provides "clients a one-stop, full-service political consulting and public relations firm specializing in local government issues, governmental affairs and lobbying, public relations and public-private partnerships." Mary Repper may have associations with Scientology according to this link

Schiavo keeps talking about cremating Terri . That's eerily similar to what the scientologists did about Lisa.

Mary Schiavo's law firm is typical for Scientology. Let me make it "clear" that I find nothing that shows Schiavo herself is a Scientologist. But, she would be following their dictates.

Wow Kimmie that is spooky! While I was doing a search on the holocaust organizations I came up with another spooky coincidence. Steven Spielberg (Schindler's List) has an organization Dedicated to making sure history doesn't repeat itself(holocaust). I believe it is called the Shoah Foundation. I thought about trying to contact them but then I remembered Spielberg is friends with x42.

Pat Anderson has been attorney for the Schindlers and for Joan Wood, the medical examiner in the Lisa McPherson case (Wood did not want to release all the records to the Scientologists)

I guess Pat Anderson would have recognized any Scientology connection in Terri's case.

Yes, I did the same search and found Mary Schiavo, too. I also found two Greers who come up in a google search for "Greer" and "Scientology" One of them seems to be actively promoting scientology online, but he seems to be in Colorado.

The web is huge and a lot of google results do not seem (at first glance anyway) to be related to Terri's case. (I won't go to any websites that are actually connected with Scientology.)
