I like to call what I'm doing now, as I fall asleep, a free flow of ideas. I haven't ruled Larry Flynt out. LOL He can find ex-girlfriends because he can afford the PI's.

"NURSE RECALLS SCHIAVO ASKING: 'WHEN IS THAT BITCH GONNA DIE?'
I want to see this appearing on the lower part of the screen on Fox News Channel!!
With Michael's mug above it. And then switch to video of Terri trying so hard to respond to her parents.
That would set the viewers on fire, I would think.
Has anyone thought of this approach yet? I know MSNBC loves this kind of dramatic story. All these 24/7 cable networks are competing among themselves for the ever-precious ratings, so I would think no network would want to be left out of the mix.
Are there any tech savvy people out there who could put together a CD-ROM with those videos and include the other pertinent texts? Or just send a good letter with links to the evidence.
(Do we need permission to send those video clips?)

From what I have seen it looks pretty clear that she had severe hypokalemia - probably the result of an eating disorder.

I didn't realize it, but I guess all of you good people HAVE thought about contacting MSNBC, etc.
I hope and pray to see this story by next week going 24/7, on all these networks. ABC and Peter Jennings, on the other hand, are hopeless!

(Murder of Terri Schindler by Michael Schiavo to be sanctioned by Jeb Bush, FL, Fed courts?)
To: lakey
I haven't seen anything about bruises. But then, come to think of it, I haven't seen any of the really old med. docs from her first year or so. The strangulation possibility was brought on by Dr. Hammesfahr's testimony if I remember correctly. He testified regarding the rigidity of her neck and ... well, here's the link, lol.

Terri, I think I have read, had anorexia or bulemia nervosa. And yes, that certainly accounts for the low potassium. It was also taken into consideration during the malpractice suit. It's why Schiavo didn't get as much money as he wanted, because Terri was partly at fault due to her ED.
CWA? I've heard of them. Let 'em know! If the media won't take this story to the people, it's up to people like us!!!

I passed the court documents along to Joe and to Sean Hannity on Monday. [Also sent to David Limbaugh and Peggy Noonan, among others, with a cover letter appealing for their address to this situation.]
I've lost track at this point ... has a connection between Felos and the Federal judge been found or Greer and the Federal judge? Or is Terri being used as a democrat hammer to pound the state of Flordia because it is governored by Jeb Bush? Grayout tried to connect the 2000 Florida democrat debacle into a reason the voters of Leftifornia have done this recall. The democrat machine has sacrificed millions of unborn to achieve political empowerment, they are not above sacrificing Terri in order to erode Bush influence in Florida. Is the Fed judge a clinton appointee and isn't the Florida Supreme Court still overwhelmingly liberal?

Here is another quote by Felos "Attorney George Felos admitted in his motion that Terri Schiavo would likely recover from the infection because she is getting antibiotics intravenously at the hospital. Felos wrote, however, that "further treatment (other than comfort care) for the ward's infection and other medical conditions is unnecessary, unwarranted, inappropriate and futile" since it is inevitable that Greer will allow her to starve to death."

Judge Lazzara is a Clinton appointee.

"But then, come to think of it, I haven't seen any of the really old med. docs from her first year or so." (your post)
I quite agree! I remember reading something about Schiavo not allowing anyone in Terri's family see any of the medical reports. It was all hush-hush and probably was argued from the perspective of patient confidentiality. However, one would think that surely those people (doctors, nurses, etc.) who were with Terri & the Schindlers from the beginning can testify as to her condition. They can be subpoenaed can't they? And the hospital records, too? But this is one part where Greer really makes me angry. I remember reading somewhere that he wouldn't allow those things to be admitted into the transcripts. So, of course, there is no legal record of it. Makes me ill!!

I just emailed Joe Scarborough. The judiciary in Florida is polluted with a lot of judges who are just bad lawyers who got promoted. The exceptions would be the Judges who threw Al Gore's riff raff out of the state when they tried to cherrypick counties looking for votes for Al Gore. The votes weren't there.
J. Lazzara is a Clinton appointee but that could go either way.
I made a stern phone call to the RNC. I think they got the message that a Republican needs to do something to help Terri or I'll walk away from the party. They could lose their base over this which makes your pondering about the dems interesting. I hadn't thought of this in those terms. Makes sense but only if the Republicans fail to do anything. We shall see.

Marital conflicts were manifest in all groups, centered around closeness and intimacy. The patients felt themselves to be failures, unlovable, and greedy. Husbands, who were classified in three categories (I-III), were considered immature and over-idealized by their wives. They felt anger at the anorexic behavior and either colluded in the wife's illness, which created a strong dependency bond (50 percent), or emotionally detached themselves, putting their energy into another relationship.
