Better to have half a plate of food than none at all. Incrementalism is not a bad thing. Arnold will get Republican's foot in the door, something McClintock will be unable to do. You don't get it: Bustamente and the Democrats are the boiling water! You frogs have to be smart enough to turn off the heat, not abandon the state.
