As I see it, the courts just figure like Solomon. The better parent will give up the child so that the child doesn't have to live in the middle of non-stoop fighting. This noramlly leaves the child with the ugliest of the two parents, but it simplifies the child's life.

Best just forget about the kids and go on to a new life. The more you fight them, the more they will suck you dry and treat you like toilet paper.
