That which you speak of is not TRUE Christianity...not the Christianity of my Bible. God IS One, and I make nor use any graven image of Him. Molester priests and gay bishops and the system through which they function are NOT representative of the TRUE Christian church, although countless many think otherwise.

Messiah prophecy is frankly irrelevant to sincere Judaism. That Jews do not accept the Christian belief that Christ was the Messiah does not prove that he was.

This sounds like your opinion, and as such, is only that--an opinion. I do not agree with this. Messiah prophecy is as relevant to Judiasm as it was since before Abraham...only they've been looking, watching, waiting for a Messiah to come, instead of accepting the One who already came. My opinion? Then so be it...some are blind and just don't want to see.

Having gotten years of formal education in Judaism as a youth, the subject of the Messiah was never emphasized in any context... so it is my testimony, from experience, that Messiah prophecy is tangential to Judaism. The core of being a Jew is obeying God's commandments, not to prepare for a savior. We save ourselves via observance of God's law.
