THE RULE OF LAW is a new term that has no real meaning, it was started to circumvent the Constitution and use new laws to establish WHATEVER they wanted to establish, see quote below:

Now, if you asked me about the origins of life itself, rather than evolution, I'd have to shrug my shoulders and say, "I dunno." Same with the origin of the Universe. But those questions really aren't ones I feel worth spending a lot of time on, since I don't believe they can ever be answered completely.

The contitutional wall the founders were building was to protect state and individual rights from a national govt - religion that has been breeched - demolished by liberals !
