CHRIS MATTHEWS, HOST: So will Arnold Schwarzenegger win Ben Stein’s vote?
       BEN STEIN, AUTHOR, “HOW TO RUIN YOUR LIFE”: Certainly not.
       MATTHEWS: Tell me why not, sir?
       STEIN: Well, because I’m a Republican. I believe in the general principles of the Republican Party. Two vital ones are right to life and low taxes. And especially low taxes and those who need to pay low taxes. And Arnold Schwarzenegger is not right to life and seemingly is surrounding himself with people who are not low tax.

Thanks! His book "How to Ruin Your Life" is really humbling.
I wonder if Stein himself actually considered a run for governor. Love his reference to the Martin Luther King, Jr. quote:

"The time is always right to do right."

Isn't it hilarious to see someone like Ben Stein, dandy of MTV, suddenly possessed of such lofty moral principles? I wonder when that happened?
