Whether you happen to believe it or not, I came on this thread today to ask if anyone knew of something I didn't: whether any legal authority supports McClintock's position that he can, if elected, re-invigorate Prop 187. I'd love it if that were so, but I have no reason to believe so. (As to your notion that I'm "asking others to do my homework": no, I'm effectively asking for support for a claim the candidate made. It's McClintock's burden to prove what he says he can do, not mine to disprove it.)

You can't even speak for yourself, Kelly, so don't try to speak for others. You give supporters of McClintock a bad name, just as do some of the rah-rah Schwarzenegger folks who bash any conservative who asks a question about A.S.'s gun policy or the like.
