I'm not defensive at all. In fact, I thought I took the offensive in my attempt to clarify your apparent ignorance of the latest poll.
And what have you done? Youve posted a link to an outdated poll whose results were surely affected by buffet's asinine statement.
As for Survey USA...I think you could have done the research yourself but Im happy to help you out.
SurveyUSA conducts opinion polls for TV stations. We started in 1992. We have completed 20,000 research projects, and interviewed 20 million Americans. Today, we are the largest and most-active media pollster in the United States. Link
They conducted the poll for ABC TV in LA. Surely youve heard of them. Theyre part of a larger entity known for having an extreme liberal bias. So, all things considered, I trust that poll far more then I trust one that is outdated and skewed by an erroneous announcement that Arnold might repeal Prop 13. Then again perhaps ABCs goal is to undermine Mcclintocks chances by hiring an incompetent pollster, all which is unlikely as it also said that an overwhelming number of respondents are in favor of ousting davis as well as showing bustamante well behind AS; two things that arent exactly on the liberal agenda.
This is all moot, of course, as the only polls that will count are those just prior to the election and the election itself.
All very true. If they are affiliated in some indirect way with ABC/USA TODAY/GALLUP that would make sense, but I just don't know about them yet... In any case that poll is old, I am looking forward to the one coming out from them post Simon. I don't think (R)nold eliminated what Buffet said because he only referenced his support of 13 and made fun of Buffet, he didn't fire him like he should have, and certainly refuses to sign a no new tax pledge. I know you don't think that should matter to people, but I think alot of jaded Independents he needs find that very important.
