Just so, particularly RPG7D and RPG7V versions, with whichj some US troops live fired for familiarization purposes, particularly around the time of the *Bright Star* joint exercises with Egyptian troops, until a fatal accident involving a probably defective round.
Likewise the RPG18 and -22, very similar to the US 66mm M72 LAW antitank rocket family are reasonably well known and understood, as is newer RPG16D, info about which can be fouund *here*. Newer RPG-29 and PG-29V ammunition offer interesting performance improvement, if not yet widely enough distributed to have been faced by US forces yet. But coming soon, no doubt.
