Howlin the same as what applied to Geragos with the Evelyn Hernandez case. Remember he submitted a brief to the Judge with his "evidence" of why he wanted the case file turned over to him. The Judge shot that down and said that he had no evidence. The same is applying to this Cult theory on an issue of a witness or witnesses I believe. Anyway, there is an EVIDENCE hearing on September 2nd. WHAT is Geragos going to show - "the Bulb"? *groan*
