KOVR13, Sacramento, just reported that according to papers filed in court late Thursday, both the prosecution and defense have agreed to drop charges against each other regarding violations of the gag order. Newsreader stated that it was so they could move forward with the prelim. Also stated Girolami will set the issue aside for the time being.

are they getting civil now? My, and Geragos must be sweating on how to present his case as good as he can to convince the judge, there is no evidence to charge scaughty of killing Laci and Conner, therefore indicating another murderer of Laci and Conner exists!...... This will be interesting that day! ;o)

Labor Day weekend here, and I am up to the Yuba River for a day or so... Have nice weekend, but hope to check in a few before the weekend is up! ;o)
