Hello Doug!
Nonononono. Anyone can ask anyone questions about "race". It's just that the CA government has got to stop using these ridiculous "race" boxes. Race is more a political construct, than it is scientific. But "scientists" ad nauseum are using these boxes which do not apply. Second, there is no such thing as a "pure race". These boxes suggest there is.
