Property taxes and other taxes are pretty high in Fairfax and Montgomery county too. Unless you want to live in some hick area and commute 2 hours to work I dont think there are too many places where the taxes are low in this area. DC is ridiculously high with the taxes though.

Yup. I agree neighboring jurisdictions have high taxes too.
