Seventy degrees? As in seven-zero?!?
We'd be freezing here in NC at 70° in August!

Here's the weather for where I live:

Detailed Forecast for Edgecombe County, NC
Heat Advisory:

Issued at: 4:00 AM EDT 8/27/03, expires at: 6:00 PM EDT 8/27/03

heat advisory this afternoon Afternoon temperatures in the mid 90s combined with the humidity will create heat index values around 105 degrees for 3 to 5 hours. Prolonged exposure to these conditions may cause problems for even very healthy people. Heat exhaustion, cramps, or in extreme cases heat stroke, can result from prolonged exposure to these conditions. Children, the elderly, and people with chronic ailments are usually the first to suffer from the heat. Friends, relatives, or neighbors should check on people who may be at risk. Be sure to limit your time outdoors between 10 am and 6 pm, and stay out of the sun as much as possible. If you must work outside, take frequent breaks in air conditioning. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

This bulletin affects: Cumberland, Edgecombe, Halifax, Harnett, Hoke, Johnston, Nash, Sampson, Scotland, Wayne, Wilson, including the cities of Fayetteville, Goldsboro and Rocky Mount

Ugh. I'd have real trouble there. I'm okay into the 90s... if it's dry.
