Start by changing laws so all judges are elected to specified terms instead of appointed for life. And we need to start impeaching judges who fail to uphold the Constitution.

Just listen to this: California spends an astounding $6 billion a year on K-12 public education. There are approximately 6 million kids in the system. That's about $10,000 per student.

Think you's slipped a decimal place somewhere...

It seems the elected judges are more problematic. They have a tendency to be politically correct and pawns of special interests.

I was kind of hoping that Senator Lautenberg would be mentioned in this article. Your point about changing the laws and electing Judges for a term does have some merit.
