Yet, neither the quality nor the price of cocaine and heroin on U.S. streets has changed significantly, suggesting to many observers that supplies remain stable.
The corrupt Mexican government has a history of.. well, corruption. Corruption is Mexico's checks and balances. It appears to me that the corrupt Mexican government is simply eliminating the competition for the new guy who's writing the checks and adding to corrupt Mexican government personnel bank balances.
It doesn't take much googling to find evidence of Islamist terrorists - drug king connections. IMO this is as important as any thing related to 9/11 and the war to defend our Republic.
Mexico cries out for a REGIME change! It's a matter of NATIONAL SECURITY -- OURS!
