If the court order is not based on any law would it make sense to obey it? If it is based on law...which law is it?

Well, I'm not saying the court order is right.

The whole point of rule of law is you obey court orders even if they're wrong. That's where I'm at.

I'm *not* saying I don't approve the protests outside the Courthouse. I think that's great. I think you did great!!

I was just saying that a judge should follow court orders. I also, really as a theological matter, kinda veer away from the suggestion that Christianity's success or victory depends upon infiltration of the courthouse in this way. I think the important, superior work of saving souls happens by missionary work of the Christian community day-in, day-out, quite apart from where this monument is placed. I don't like the idea of linking too strongly our success with the state's authority/permission/etc.

But I TOTALLY loved your thread and again, again, I TOTALLY applaud your participation.

I just think that when the Judge lost the good fight, he should have obeyed a Court order (even if the Court got the law wrong).
