Maybe the answer is will power. This small stomach doesn't cry out to be fed as much or as often.
However, I can't imagine a grossly obese person eating only an ounce per hour. Not even a normal weight person could do that for the rest of his life. I think as time goes on they can have 2 to 3 ounces. It is strictly a change in life style.
This is a risky surgery with a high mortality rate.

It is strictly a change in life style. That was what worked for me. I can still eat all the 'bad' things I used to. I just eat less of them or have them less frequently. My high-fat, fast-food habits pushed me up over 225. Since I cut way back on them, I've dropped to the 165-170 range. (It took a while to lose it but I've been able to keep it off for over a year now.)
