You blow and steam about idolatry and commitment, not because these things mean anything to you. That's just your smokescreen for your "hate Judge Moore" campaign. Well this is about a lot more than your personal religious sanctimony or Judge Moore's! I don't care if he's a pompous ass or if he's playing the press for higher office or if he's just three bricks short of a load. None of those things strips him of Constitutional protection of his rights. If that guarantee is gone for those reasons, or the half baked reasons Thompson cites, then no has a guarantee.
As Thompson himself said in his ruling; "Chief Justice Moore has final authority over what decorations may be placed in the Judicial Building rotunda." The rest of the ruling is just excuses for ignoring that statement which grounds Judge Moore's right to exercise freedom of speech and religion in the manner that he did.
