Thank you, Mark! Excellent having those two articles back to back. Manny Klauser also worked with us on Prop 209. In fact... When 9th circuit Thelton Henderson tried to pull a Phaelzer (187) after 209 was approved by the voters -- Manny was the lawyer who defended 209.

In re "ethnic" classifications. We are humans. We do classify "subspecies" as in birds, mammals, etc. The idea of "classifying" humans is a long ugly carry over which the "NO on 54" author purports to support! Additionally, do a google on "crecno" -- and it will take you all over the map to every CONCEIVABLE lefty, racist-oriented website.
