the Wall of Sparation theory is not located either in the Constitution or Jeffersons head? The Constitution is a procedural document that tells us how it will be interpreted -- but the Supreme Court. The Supremes have consistently applied a seperation of church and state doctrine.
Your interpretation of the Constitution is certainly interesting -- to someone. But the Supremes, by the authority granted by the Constitution, interpret the law of the land, not you. Get used to it.
