Most pedophiles are married and choose little girls. Howener,homosexuals being a much smaller percentage of the male population do commit a disproportionate number of molestations.But even that doesn't make up for the fact that most pedophiles are hetero and married.
So your great cure would result in more little girls being molested,that really is not your intention,is it?
Of course not.
And to some degree I believe that is true, but homosexuals do like and want young men, how young is the decision on maybe when they would be considered a pedophile.
If a 50 yr old homosexual man is with a 17 or 18 yr old boy would he be considered a pedophile? Most homosexuals do not last into there golden years because it is not a relationship based on commitments that heterosexual people for the most part attain to. I am not saying in hetero relationships a man who is married 30 yrs to a woman does not once in awhile leave for a younger version of his wife, but in homosexual unions they never even get to to that point, so I think most homosexuals are hidden pedophiles.
