People like Geoghan and Dahmer will receive justice at the hands of their fellow prisoners. A gangbanger sentenced to life for a drive by shooting of his rivals, will feel revulsion towards those who prey on innocents. People who prey on children are toast in the prison system. Even violent criminals have standards, I guess.
God entrusts his children to his designated representatives. When they screw up, there will be hell to pay...
