Buffett has called for the repeal of Prop. 13, a limit on property taxes approved by California voters in 1978 I don't believe this is correct. He's called for a re-examination of Prop. 13, and it's modification in unspecified ways.

How come the Senate Finance Committee doesn't investigate the NEA - who does nothing but support liberal causes with the member's dues. They are a political organization, not an educational organization.
