If Arnold drops out, at least 33% of his voters will go to Bustamante.

Show me the poll that says that. I'm not buying it. Bustamante's a stumblebumb; McClintock could clean his clock. I'd love to see McClintock destroy him in a debate.

And what good would that do?

GWB destroyed the tree in all three debates and California still voted for the tree. In fact, so did the majority of Americans.

McClintock is so far behind in the polls, it's hard for me to take you seriously. I might think Alan Keyes is the greatest thing since Ronald Reagan, but he's never going to win a national campaign, and McC will never win this race. Polls aren't 100% accurate, but a 5-10% support range isn't going to bring him a victory. It's like hoping against hope that your 30 point underdog will win.
