Actually, Arnold would be an even BETTER Lt. Guv. -- because the job is also ceremony and speeches to service groups. Let McClintock handled the real work on the budget -- as governor. He has unmatched experience and knowledge for precisely that task. Arnold can go out and cut the ribbons and kiss the babies - as Lt Guv.
