As I said, vague platitudes. Just like Ross Perot.
That Giant Sucking sound your hear is your taxes being raised by your new RINO governor. He'll do it, "for the childrun." Bank on it.

Arnold would not make separatist appointments for the next 12.5 years. Any other questions?
To: Two-Bits
During the election of Gray-Out Davis, he only won three counties in the entire state of California, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Imperial Valley. Damn, is that true? Kali needs an electoral college.

Arnold has already said he will attempt to lure businesses that have left California over the last year back, so that he can have somebody to tax.
LOL!

This is a disturbing revelation into the way you think;
The left would paint the man as the next coming of David Duke and it would all be over. It doesn't matter what the truth is about McClintock to the media. They'd just stomp the guy like fall grapes
How????? Unlike your guy, he doesn't have skeletons in his closet to do so, in what capacity can you or they compare him to Duke? Talk about doing the bad guys' work for them!
I honestly don't know what you think you are fighting for. If you believe that a Conservative running has no chance, I don't understand what makes you bother to log on here. Read this op-ed by the Dr of Democracy Statism on the Right or the Left, why do you care? That is not what motivates anyone I know.
You really need to think through your abject defeatism, cynicism, and pessimism. If you don't believe that our side holds the magic key of Truth over the mainstream media's best attack pieces, like Reagan spanking Mondale after their most conserted effort and being before Talk Radio, than it is you who are in fact from the website that you mentioned. I don't know any conservative that thinks we Win by deceiving the people what we stand for.

They don't use logic. They sell out their ideas for what they think will be a win in the (R) column.
If Arnold gets elected he will do more to advance the Dems agenda than Gray Davis ever thought about.

As I said, vague platitudes. Just like Ross Perot. Your studious ignorance of my question "Do you disagree that Californians are taxed too much?" is noted.

I think Californians are taxed too much. Thats why I don't support Arnold who says he's going to raise taxes.

RINOs always justify their actions by saying it is being done "for the childrun"... I guess the soccer mom crowds eats that sort of crapola up.
I can't believe that Freepers are falling for this garbage.

Would you please nose around a little on this thread. I support McClintock as long as he is electable. I will not abandan a vote for Schwarzenegger unless he is. What is so hard for you to understand about that?
I know very well where Schwarzenegger comes in on the spectrum. I also know where Davis and BustaMorte come in on that spectrum.
Shwarzenegger will be to the right of them. McClintock would be far to the right of them. I don't think he is electable. Push him for a while if you like. At some point reality is going to have to outweigh desire.

They don't use logic. They sell out their ideas for what they think will be a win in the (R) column. Winning isn't everything. But losing isn't anything.

After seeing the desperate, nasty efforts of so many FReepers on here, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, I as a bitter partisan must honestly admit that I merely consider myself a Conservative without a party these days. Read my tagline!

>>>I find it ironic, that most sitting here trashing Schwarzenegger never show up on the immigration threads, as this out of control, federal government approved invasion is one of California's *biggest* problems!First off, I'm not trashing Arnold. California is in total meltdown and Arnold has offered no specifics on what his economic plan will be to get California whipped into shape. In Arnold has no plans of releasing any details until after the recall election. I guess he means, should he be fortunate enough to win it.
During the only extensive debate, you and I have ever had on FR, I told you we were in agreement about the problem the US and California is having with illegal immigration. When I see a thread on FR about illeagl immigration, I usually make at least a brief comment in opposition to illegal immigration and the need for better border security.
Btw, Arnold is still, an empty suit.
To: DoughtyOne
LOL... Where do I send the wreath for bill?
Oops..MeBad!
The Recall goes on and the bashing of each other's esteemed candidates continues on..
I forget, this forum was founded to expound the virtues of conservatism and fight the good fight. Lately, all I see is it used as a platform to demean "conservatives". jmo.
Oh, and September 20th is OK, but this concern about pulling voters together in 2.5 weeks is silly, it would seem, to me. This is a 24x7 world we live in, quite a few folks won't know who they will vote for 'til they step up to the booth.
btw..How many soundbites can Arnie mutter in 2.5 weeks, anyway 8-?
