Indeed. I often wonder if the life on one American service man is worth 'making' them civilized.

Why could we have just killed the Government and then ran? Let them figure it out... when a country is ready for democracy and civilization, they will have it. Until then, it is like trying to force peace between Israel and Palestine. Stupid.

Thank you for posting this on this thread. I think it is a tribute to the self-sacrifice of the military of the Coalition all the way from Atco, Camden County, to our ally, Spain.

Afghanistan is not worth the life of a man like this. Bombing not nation building is the better alternative to constant attrition,
