Lite beer has only 5 gms of carbs; get Sam Adams lite. On induction, you can easily have a lite brewski, and when you're on maintenance, you can have 2!

That's good news! Thanks. Apperntly hard liquor is OK too in moderation. You just have to watch what you mix it with.
