OK, I'm with you now. But you mentioned in your previous post that this global war will most likely take place around 20 years before any U.S. Civil War. I maintain that any global war against socialism would probably be concurrent with a U.S. Civil War, especially if socialism in our own nation keeps pace with that in the rest of the world.

It depends, we may quickly remove any powers the socialist have if we decide to go to war against the socialist powers in Europe, but if we join up with the socialist then we are all screwed.
