Walsh, I'm protecting you against a Muslim Chief Justice, who decides he wants to put a monument to the Koran in the Supreme Court building in your state.

That frieze already exists in the SCOTUS, a nice one of Mohammed. Ever been there? It doesn't offend me. IN fact I have decided not to invoke my constitutional right not to be offended.

By the way, where do you draw the wall? Is it OK for the SCOTUS to ban voluntary prayer?

The voluntary recitation of the POA with the words "under God" included?

Yes. It's right there with Moses, and the Hammurabic code, and Solon, and Confucius.

And, if Moore had included the 10 Commandments in this mosaic, there would have been no lawsuit.

But Moore would have nothing but the 10 Commandments in his foyer.
