If he can't live with the rules of the judiciary, he does not belong in it.

Are you saying that you want the U.S. to be a dictatorship ruled over by the Supreme Court? What the court rules, goes?

I don't dispute that. I'm just saying it doesn't necessarily make him wrong that he's crosswise of the current rule of law on the issue. The rule of law is inherently fallible as long as man is accountable only to himself.
