Doesn't the SCOTUS chamber have the 10 Commandments chiseled in stone?

Yes, but that is different. That rock isn't guilty because there is no record that the artist wanted to convey a religious theme. If someday we discover some old diary that says the artist did indeed desire to promote religion through his art then it too will have to come done.

Attributing intentions to a rock is just plain nuts. We have crossed the line to insanity.
