Would you expect either one of them to even comment? Granted I know they couldn't officially do anything, Tenth Amendment issue runs both ways, but at least they could say something publically to began a ground swell of support for the good judge

No, I wouldn't expect it, but I think they should both sit through another viewing of The Patriot and Gods and Generals to put a little steel in their spines.

I like W as a war leader.

Domestically, he is more of a politician than I realized at first. He is not as chummy with the religious right as Ronaldus Maximus was.....even though that steady voting bloc is what got him elected.
