It is the precedent. Where do you draw the line? If someone has a stroke that affects their speech, should they die by starvation too? What if a stroke affects their dominant side, and they can no longer walk, need to be fed. Should they die by starvation too?

What about amputees? Paraplegics? Quadriplegics? They don't meet your definition of perfection. Depression and schizophrenia affects the mind. Should we starve all of them to death too?

How about babies? Should we summarily kill every child with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and autism?
