That would indicate that the guy is claiming that conservatives can't get elected in California on the basis that none are offered on the ballot...

...and we already know that if a conservative works to get on the ballot, he's fighting against Liberal Republicans first to get there, and then against them as they unite with Democrats toward undermining the conservative's campaign in the election!!!!

There is no credibility in the statement that a conservative cannot be elected to California's governorship.
