Cute, but of course he wouldn't have chosen the same judges. (Or maybe he would have, but if so, it's only because one of the areas where Gray ISN'T being leftist is in picking judges. Oh, they're not conservatives, but they're not 9th Circus types either. Anyway, I doubt you'd know this unless you are a policy wonk.)
The larger point being, the approach taken by those whom you call RINOs to judge-picking is SUBSTANTIALLY different from that taken by Democrats. Just look at the federal judge-picking dance right now. Plenty of the RINOs you despise are voting to get conservatives confirmed.
