"Doe" of Doe v. Bolton (companion case to Roe v. Wade) announces historic legal effort at press conference

WHO:

-- Sandra Cano, "Doe" in Doe v. Bolton -- the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court case that created abortion on demand and also led to the gruesome "partial-birth abortion" procedure

WHAT:

Sandra Cano, the "Doe" of the Doe v. Bolton abortion case -- the companion case to Roe v. Wade, the U.S. Supreme Court case that legalized abortion -- will host a press conference to announce the historic action she is taking regarding the landmark 1973 Court decision.

The Doe v. Bolton judgment was entered 33 years ago in the U.S. District Court, Atlanta Division. Cano will be accompanied by her attorney, Allan E. Parker, CEO, The Justice Foundation. Norma McCorvey, the "Roe" of Roe v. Wade, will also join Cano, along with women who will testify about the physical and psychological injury they have suffered because of their abortions.

WHEN:

I wonder if this is going to be the same legal challenge that the "Roe" in Roe v. Wade (Norma McCorvey) tried. That was broomed out of court in a few days.

I wouldn't put it so strongly, but if they're using the same or similar legal strategy in this lawsuit, it's not going anywhere.
