So, want to praise Casey v. Planned Parenthood, then? Because, after all, it was a partial victory over Roe v. Wade in that it reformulated the constitutional test for the permissibility of abortion restrictions.

Praising Grutter is still praising racism.

He didn't "praise" racism. I've shown you that.
