In Paul's time, authoritarian Imperial Rome was the governing authority. This government was thrust upon them and the people had no choice or input into matters of governance.

In our country in our time we the people are the governing authorities. We have the God-given right as well as the obligation to participate in matters touching on our own governance. If we are not "activist" in seeking to discharge this God-given right to conform government to a moral model, what are we?

Yeah, and "we the people" have put judges in place that have decided at every level of this that Roy Moore is wrong. I was all for his attempt to keep the monument there and disagree with the ruling, but "we the people" have set up laws that aren't his to choose whether to obey or not.

And that is exactly what's wrong with this clown Moore. He claims he gets his authority as a judge from God, which is an utter crock. He gets his authority from the good people of the state of Alabama.

What we should be trying to do is get our hands on the books that judges use at judicial colleges. They have warnings to judges for certain loopholes and phrases to avoid.

We have to find a cure for black robe fever in ALL its forms.
