I'll guarantee that the routine work of that court has been on a slow crawl with all this going on. You know, the stuff they get paid to do - hearing appeals, writing opinions, considering emergency writs, etc......

why should he devote time to the workings of the court, when "God's work" calls. By all means devote all his time to a two ton statue.
Did you know that Ole Roy is the highest paid Chief Justice in the country? over 200k per year. But yet, he wants to bankrupt this state to pay his contempt fees.

If Moore doesn't want to do the work the taxpayers have hired him to do, he ought to be honest about it and resign.
Heck, the Texas Democrats holed up in an Albuquerque hotel are more honest on this point than Moore is.
