I'm sorry to be blunt, but Brazile and the other democrat strategists are not stupid people. They know all this. They ae simply liars and propagandists.

The problem is, they keep repeating their message "Republicans cheat", "Republicans obstruct", "Republicans don't play by the rules"... over and over and over... sooner or later some of it is going to stick in the minds of a good portion of the electorate.
