What I fear is some sort of commercial consortium between the Russians and the Chinese, an analog to their late political alliance, as it were. They both know we're their natural enemies, from a strategery point of view, and with Europe effectively out of the picture, we're the only target they'll have.
They tried it already in a concordate in 1898, but the Japanese got a feather up their collective hinder and effectively kicked the Russians out of the Western Pacific until the '40's. If their plans had advanced, how history would be different!

The U.S. and China never were natural enemies. The Chinese do know an opportunity when they see one. The only run-ins we've had with the Russians is war-by-proxy in other countries. Dang, have you ever been outside the U.S.?
