He has said they have a right to practice their faith given to them by the Judeo-Christian God. He has NOT acknowledged that they have a CONSTITUTIONAL right to practice their faith under the 1st Amendment.

Once again: Rights are granted by God. They are protected by the Constitution.

Okay - is the right given to Hindus and Buddhist by the Judeo-Christian God to practice their faith protected by the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution? Judge Moore's own words indicate that he does not believe it is.
