No one has the right to break the law and say they are doing it for there religious faith, they would be the ones subject to arrest.

Muhammad Ali went to Jail: Was it religion protected?
Animals have rights on our country so people are not allowed to do whatever they please to an animal.

Even though I totally thing your wrong as 2 men sleeping together for being an atheist I respect you as a person and would be offended if you brought your idea to the fore-front as our country was never founded on anything or anybody that did not acknowledge a higher power than just another human being

Believers in pacifist religions are allowed to claim a status that keeps them out of combat. Muhammad Ali refused the draft, breaking the law. His jail time had nothing to do with his religion, since the Muslim faith does not prohibit military service. His was an act of civil disobedience, and he paid the price for that. So did many others who refused the draft.

As for your animal business, I guarantee you that you can kill an animal as part of your worship service, if that is your desire. There are no laws to prevent that which will stand up in court, any more than there are laws to prevent you from killing an animal that is your property in order to eat it.
