My thoughts are based on the assumption that although they are totally misguided in their beliefs, they actually do care about this country. It's just their naivety to reality that prevents them from making informed decisions.

As you point out, I may be naive in thinking that they actually do have in their hearts the best interests of nation. I don't even wish to consider if they don't; it's rather frightening.

Well, I hope you are right. They certainly are playing politics with the security of the nation. I think many Americans are finally figuring out that the Demon Cats cannot be trusted with national security.
