Subject: Billy Clinton and his Bride!
Freedom of Information requests, public laws, and various books. ^ | 8/20/03 | Cdr. Hamilton McWhorter USN (ret)

Subject: Billy and his Bride (Vital info for all who value our military and the service of our people, young and old!) Billy And His Bride: Bill Clinton registers for the draft on September 08, 1964, accepting all contractual conditions of registering for the draft. Given Selective Service Number 3 26 46 228. Bill Clinton classified 2-S on November 17, 1964. Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on March 20, 1968. Bill Clinton ordered to report for induction on July 28, 1969. Bill Clinton dishonors order to report and is not inducted into the military. Bill Clinton reclassified 1-D after enlisting in the United States Army Reserves on August 07,1969 under authority of Col. E. Holmes. Clinton signs enlistment papers and takes oath enlistment.. Bill Clinton fails to report to his duty station at the University of Arkansas ROTC, September 1969. Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on October 30, 1969, as enlistment with Army Reserves is revoked by Colonel E. Holmes and Clinton now AWOL and subject to arrest under Public Law 90-40 (2)(a) "registrant who has failed to report...remain liable for induction". Bill Clinton's birth date lottery number is 311, drawn December 1,1969, but anyone who has already been ordered to report for induction is INELIGIBLE!

Bill Clinton runs for Congress (1974), while a fugitive from justice under Public Law 90-40. Bill Clinton runs for Arkansas Attorney General (1976), while a fugitive from justice. Bill Clinton receives pardon on January 21, 1977, from Carter. Bill Clinton (FIRST PARDONED FEDERAL FELON) ever to serve as President. All these facts come from Freedom of Information requests, public laws, and various books that have been published, and have not been refuted by Clinton.

After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed six and injured 1,000; President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished. After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished. After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19 and injured 200 U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa, which killed 224 and injured 5,000; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished. After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured 39 U.S. sailors; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished. Maybe if Clinton had kept those promises, an estimated 3,000 people in New York and Washington, D.C. that are now dead would be alive today.

AN INTERESTING QUESTION: This question was raised on a Philly radiocall-in show. Without casting stones, it is a legitimate question. There are two men, both extremely wealthy. One develops relatively cheap software and gives billions of dollars to charity. The other sponsors terrorism. That being the case, why was it that the Clinton Administration spent more money chasing down Bill Gates over the eight years in office, than Osama bin Laden? THINK ABOUT IT! It is a strange turn of events.

Hillary gets $8 Million for her forthcoming memoir. Bill gets about $12 Million for his memoir yet to be written.

This from two people who spent 8 years being unable to recall anything about past events while under oath! Sincerely, Cdr. Hamilton McWhorter USN (ret) P.S. Please forward this to as many people as you can! We don't want this woman to even THINK of running for President.

While I think this is entirely true I would like to see some corroboration on this story. Do you have a link? Especially to the Carter pardon?

I see where he pardoned the draft dodgers en masse. Was clintoon ever brought up on charges? This would be needed if we are to ever make it stick.

When President Jimmy Carter was inaugurated on January 20, 1977, his first act was to grant amnesty to draft evaders and some deserters from the Vietnam War. According to Immigration and Naturalization Service figures, 381 persons returned to the U.S. between January 21, 1977, and June 1, 1978, when IN&S stopped keeping track. "It had become a trickle at that point, and it was never large", said an agency spokesman. Only 114 of the returnees said they intended to stay in the United States, while the remaining 267 men said they just intended to visit, already having accomodated themselves to living abroad over the years.

According to Justice Department records, the amnesty program potentially affected 2,167 draft dodgers who were considered fugitives at the time of President Carter's blanket pardon. Their charges were dismissed after declaration of the amnesty, which covered non-violent violations of the Selective Service Act. There were some 9,000 draft law convictions before the Carter pardon, and those still in prison were allowed to go free.

The point is with the Affadavit of the Colonel, posted above
admitting he was defrauded by Clintons actions, charges of fraud should have been brought, but everyone is assuming because of Jimmy Carters Pardons, it would not have mattered, that is a legal question, someone who is expert at this would have to delve into. To date I do not find
that anyone has.

Thank you for responses. I am so sickened by the clintoons that I cannot express my levels of disgust not just with it (clintoon) but also with all of his supporters. Even after he has left office and with all the information we have there are still people who sing his praises. Just thinking about those cretins make me physically wince.

"How in the world does the RAT ticket have GW's previous drunk driving record and the GOP doesn't have Clinton's AWOL status?"

They did have it. But the mainstream press wouldn't run with it. The internet was in its infancy in 1992, so this story didn't gain any legs until the late 1990s, by which time the damage had already been done.

Such a long-winded explanation to say "I'm a coward."

Intel was there, but even some of the conservatives had
relatives affected in the war, so the pardons did save some faces.

The point here is that fraud was committed against the U.S. Miltary and the civilian draft board. The real question is,
what can be done now?

Only time and dilligence on the part of Freepers like us will tell the rest of the story.

The leftist dominated press always has hidden unflattering photos of Bill Clinton.

Like this one, with his hands right between the bare legs of a stewardess... until he spotted the camera... there is actually a film of this - good luck finding it.

Snopes.com has used a lot of bandwidth supporting Bill and Hillary. They have de-bunked the Clinton Body count, started their own Bush body count, and parroted Terry McAuliffe's "We-support-our-troops-but-hate-Dumbya" points on six threads that I have personally counted.

I trust nothing coming out of this excuse for a site. They are shills for the Clintons, plain and simple.

"Bill Clinton receives pardon on January 21, 1977, from Carter."

No wonder he had a soft spot in his heart for fugitives on the run.

Is it any wonder then - the dems/libs believe they can DO ANYTHING AND GET AWAY WITH IT, because we are too stupid to make them accountable.

And .. if we try - with a recall election - they claim it's illegal; it's against democracy; etc. They again believe we are too stupid to know - because they have systematically dumb-down the schools to the point where they no longer teach AMERICAN history (accurately); government (and our good system); and the rule of law. All they teach our children is how to hug trees and worship the UN.

This has been around for sometime; thanks for the reminder - I will send it out once again along with the letter to from the rapist to Col. Holmes. Clinton speaks of principals as if he had some - actually he was behaving in a traitorous manner by organizing people on foreign soil to willfully act against his country. He never finished his term for a Rhoades Scholarship and the letter is self-serving as only Bill Clinton could fabricate it and his lies. Col. Holmes made a huge mistake.

Although I previously assumed nothing, I now assume you're a bit too slow to have noted that I addressed the comment you used as rationalization and justification for your reaction to bonesmccoy -- and added your nom-de-plume only out of courtesy.
