Ray Rayner should have gotten the patent for Post-It Notes. He did have turtle races, but don't forget the ill-tempered Chelveston the duck, and the trips to Lincoln Park Zoo with Dr. Lester Fisher 'Chelve' was funny after he got old and cantankerous, but how about Ray trying to do a project and after he screwed it up royally, then he'd show Chauncey's version and it was perfect, very funny.

Shock of my life when I recently found out Svenghouli is now being carried in Milwaukee on TV41. I forgot all about that show! Oh, man! I remember the ORIGINAL Svengoolie, Jerry G. Bishop on "Screaming Yellow Theater" - that was for Fridays on Channel 32, but Saturdays was always "Creature Features" on Channel 9.
How about Bob Luce Wrestling on Sunday mornings?

I remember going to my Grandma's on Sunday, and she wouldn't go talk to my parents till it was over. Dick the Bruiser, the Crusher, Moose Cholak, Pepper Gomez etc. She would get all excited and scream at the screen in Polish whenever Bobby Heenan would interfere.

I dunno, but why do the Eye-Ties claim this sammich as their own? Heck, it's what any white boy WASP calls a roast beef sandwich ;-)

"Creature Features" LOL. Was just telling my kids about Creature Features a few days ago. I miss Charlie Chan movies on Sundays.
