I do not live in Califrnia.
I never heard of the Grutter v. Bollinger decision. How that's relevant to the Arnold v. Cruz decsision is beyond me.

Grutter v. Bollinger is the recent affirmative action case that held that diversity was a compelling state interest and therefore racial discrimination in the form of affirmative action was acceptable.
It was hard to miss it- people often talked about it hand in hand with Lawrence v. Texas, the sodomy case.
It's relevant because President Bush immediately issued a press release singing the praises of that decision. The point is that the President isn't always the best place to look for conservative opinions.
